31 January 2025, Bangkok – MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, was represented by Chief Innovation Officer Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singh Intrachooto at the signing of an agreement to create a network for sustainable wood and wood products in Thailand. 

The 3-year memorandum of understanding, signed at Centara Grand, gathers government agencies, businesses, associations, local communities, and research agencies.

Through its Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), MQDC will help research and develop wood products and introduce new technologies. 

MQDC will also provide information on market demand, conditions, prices, and sustainable use of wood and wood products. 

RISC is an MQDC research unit to find, develop, and share new ways to design and build for human and environmental well-being.
