MQDC Targets 24 Billion Baht in Transfers

7 January 2025, Bangkok – MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, will focus in 2025 on completing projects to transfer residences totaling 24 billion baht, said CEO Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon.
The company will also accelerate sales at projects near completion including Cloud 11.
Cloud 11 is a mixed-use project for creative businesses across 10.6 acres on Sukhumvit Road near BTS Punnawithi and BTS Udomsuk.
“Cloud 11 is 70% complete and will be fully operational by the last quarter of this year, with more than 50% already booked,” said Mr. Suttha.
Residential projects include Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, a super-luxury residential project for multi-generation families. The homes are over 60% sold. Transfers will start for residents to move in during the second quarter.
The Aspen Tree is a community for 50+ older adults with a focus on “Lifetime Care”. Its move-in-ready residences are in The Forestias urban forest district.
MQDC also has Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villas, set for transfers and move-in by mid-year. Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums has started transfers and moving in.
Six Senses Residences The Forestias are the first resort-style urban Six Senses residences in Southeast Asia. The 27 villas are expected to be ready for transfer by year-end.
Whizdom The Forestias, condominiums for urban living in nature, continues its transfers at Destinia, Mytopia, and Petopia.
