Cloud 11 Gets Set to Open in 2025

Cloud 11 by MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, has secured funding from Bangkok Bank to be ready to open in 2025 as Asia’s largest creator hub.

16 October 2024, Bangkok – Cloud 11 by MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, has secured funding from Bangkok Bank to be ready to open in 2025 as Asia’s largest creator hub.

 

Working with Thai and international partners, MQDC is building a creative ecosystem with world-class studio space, a digital art museum, a concert and e-sports hall, and academic institutes.

 

The project is 70% complete and will be finished by the end of 2025.

 

Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon, CEO of MQDC, said: “MQDC thanks Bangkok Bank for long-term project finance to help complete Cloud 11.”

 

Cloud 11 spans 10.6 acres on Sukhumvit between Punnawithi and Udomsuk BTS stations with a gross floor area of 254,000 square meters.

 

The Creator Village will have Grade A+ workspace and a suite of co-studio spaces. The creative retail space will have over 250 outlets and host creative events.

 

Major tenants include a market hall by theCOMMONS and international retail brands targeting the creative industry.

 

The academy zone will gather schools and institutes. Cloud 11 Hall will stage concerts, support emerging artists, and hold e-sports tournaments.

 

Bangkok’s largest rooftop park will welcome local people and host performances and art shows.
