4 April 2023, Gurugram, India – Indian staff of MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, celebrated Songkran at its new Whizdom Club inspiration hub and co-working space.  

The team poured scented water over a Buddha statue, splashed water, and enjoyed desserts together. 

MQDC India’s second Whizdom Club opened at the end of last year in Gurugram, a satellite city of Delhi. 

The co-working space spans 4,200 sqm across 3 floors of Tapasya One, a LEED Gold-rated tower. 

Companies already using the new inspiration hub include health tech startups. 

MQDC entered India in 2019 with the launch of its first Whizdom Club in Delhi. 

The award-winning clubs focus on the well-being of their users and combine spaces to work with places to socialize, relax, learn, and dine.
