18 March 2024, Bangkok – The Aspen Tree by MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, has announced a collaboration with Baycrest and MQDC’s Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC) to conduct in-depth research into brain science. 

The Aspen Tree is a residential community at The Forestias for people of 50+ to enjoy “holistic lifetime care”. 

The community combines 209 residences with services, activities, and healthcare facilities to ensure healthy, happy, carefree living. 

Mr. Kristian Toivanen, Executive Director of The Aspen Tree The Forestias, said the community would be the first residential project in the world to apply innovations through brain science research. 

“The Aspen Tree is glad to work with the Happiness Science Hub by RISC and Baycrest. We hope our project will be a happy home for long-term life planners,” he said. 

RISC is an MQDC research unit that develops innovations for well-being and sustainability. 

Baycrest is a Canada-based healthcare center with a global reputation for research that has cared for older adults for over 100 years.
